CHURCH NETWORK
PARTNERSHIP WITH
ALPHA AUSTRALIA
Partnership Roadmap
Increasingly in Australia, groups of churches such as State Denominations, National Denominations, LGA networks and other church and regional networks are exploring the way that Alpha can help mobilise evangelism collectively.
This may involve some or all of their churches.

Denominational and network leaders know that when a group of like-minded churches do something together, they can harness the power of combined resources, the excitement of being part of a larger corporate mission and the blessing of working in unity (Psalm 133).

The context of each denomination or group of churches is unique. Alpha Australia would love to tailor an evangelisation strategy for your context.
If you would like to see what an evangelisation strategy using Alpha could look like, check out the Queensland Baptists’ strategy.

To find out more about how Alpha can assist your denomination, church network, geographical or other group of churches, register your interest here and a member of the Alpha Australia team will be in contact with you.

The Alpha team has strong connections across the church of Australia. If you are not your denominational or group leader, you can still register your interest here and we will seek to help you take the next step.

ONE CHURCH PENRITH
One Church Penrith is a unity movement bringing the churches and businesses of Penrith city and our LGA together to serve our community in Spirit and Gospel Truth for suburban transformation for God's Kingdom.

One Church Penrith is looking to increase their impact in serving Christ and the local communities in which they are established.

Alpha was run in churches across denomination, tradition, and cultural background within the LGA as a means to follow up those exploring faith at The Main Event Penrith in May 2023 - a 2-day evangelistic event featuring Ps Tim & Jacque Hall.

Alpha was run in churches across denomination, tradition, and cultural background within the LGA as a means to follow up those exploring faith at The Main Event Penrith in May 2023 - a 2-day evangelistic event featuring Ps Tim & Jacque Hall.
In the lead up to The Main Event, Alpha Australia Team worked closely with One Church Penrith to train over 80 new and experienced leaders together. This training event helped spur efforts to launch Alpha in local prison.
“Because of the combined efforts of OCP and Alpha, we have already had almost as many Alphas conducted in the first 6 months of this year as we had all of last year. Praying for a continued team effort moving into the future for God's Kingdom." - Jeff Ogle, board member of One Church Ministry Network
ALPHAS IMPACT ON
QUEENSLAND BAPTIST
Queensland Baptists (QB) is a committed community of QB Churches and their ministries working alongside and with each other under Christ to serve the mission of God throughout Queensland and beyond.

One of QB’s vision in 2023 centres around evangelism and church planting. As a movement they are believing for lives and communities transformed with the Gospel.

When run well, Alpha creates momentum in building a culture of evangelism, a culture of discipleship, and a leadership pipeline. QB movement saw an alignment opportunity where Alpha can serve their vision towards evangelism. This resulted in a statewide initiative for Baptist Churches across Queensland to start running Alpha in Term 3 of 2023. This initiative is further supported by Crossover through a National Baptism Week happening at the end of Alpha in October 2023.
Alpha Australia Team was given the opportunity to inspire and equip over 300 leaders on how to run Alpha.
This momentum inspired the Wesleyan Methodist movement to partner with Alpha nationally in Term 2 2024, and Baptist Churches across Australia to run Alpha nationally in Term 3 2024.
