Complaints and the Review Process
Our aim is to hear any and all complaints that we receive and respond with a resolution to your complaint within a maximum of 5 working days. If we need some additional time, we will let you know. To make a complaint, email email@example.com with your contact details and a description of your complaint.
If you remain dissatisfied following contact with our nominated representative, you can still refer your complaint to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). ACNC is not part of Alpha and provides a free and independent service to resolve complaints, where that complaint falls within ACNC’s power to investigate.
