This 1.5 hour online training for those who are experienced in running Alpha. Optimising Alpha will highlight ways to grow your Alpha, with a focus on prayer and invitation. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

The Marriage Course & The Pre-Marriage Course are easy to run and practical. Designed to support couples to strengthen their relationship. You do not need expertise to run these courses.
