About Emmy Wilson

Rev. Emmy Wilson from Alpha International in the UK, comes with decades of global prison ministry and church leadership experience.

Emmy was a registered nurse treating AIDS patients in the 80's, and became an ordained minister who was on staff at HTB from 1985 until recently in 2023. HTB is where Alpha was founded and since then, Emmy has taken Alpha into prisons all around the world. She played an integral role in establishing Alpha's prison ministry that started with her first visit to Exeter Men's max security prison in 1994 with two high profile inmates who were radically saved which was the catalyst to spread Alpha to over 900 prisons in 46 countries pre-COVID.

Emmy's life is one that is marked by obedience to God and surrender to the Holy Spirit, keeping Jesus at the centre of all that she does. Emmy carries an incredible anointing and breakthrough spirit, willing to impart whatever she can wherever she goes.

Alpha in Prisons
