Running the weekend away can be a daunting thought for those with no prior experience. Sometimes it can also be difficult to find a venue that will take your group if you don't meet minimum number requirements.

Joining with another group is a great way to make up numbers and learn from those who have previously hosted a weekend away. It can reassure the guests that others are also on a journey and they are a part of somethng larger than just their course.
